I loved staying on a high floor, as it was incredibly quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant staff went above and beyond, even providing food for my daughter early in the morning. The bus driver during the afternoon shift was amazing, the best I've ever encountered. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the room left something to be desired, with some limited toiletries and plastic cups in the unclean bathroom. Unfortunately, the limited snacks and poor restocking in the Club Lounge in the evening was a big disappointment, but the breakfast offering was superb.
